Team Overview

The TikTok App Ads and Gaming division is an integral part of the TikTok Monetization Product organization, dedicated to developing advertising solutions tailored for app and gaming clients on the TikTok platform.

Our mission is to establish TikTok as the premier destination for app and gaming marketers to attract, engage, and monetize users by creating products that cater to specific industry needs, innovative monetization strategies, and various phases of the app lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the global app advertising landscape and client requirements to formulate detailed and effective product strategies.
  • Oversee the creation of product strategies for app advertisements, focusing on monetization techniques, sales approaches, and revenue generation; enhance ad traffic effectiveness and efficiency to maximize client outcomes.
  • Develop competitive advertising solutions customized for distinct sectors such as e-commerce and travel, ensuring optimal client value.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design and research & development, to guarantee successful project execution and deliver superior quality products.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate key product performance metrics to derive insights and inform iterative improvements through data-driven decision-making.
  • Remain informed about industry developments, foster business innovation, and uphold the competitive advantage of international advertising products.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in monetization products.
  • Strong leadership abilities, analytical thinking, business acumen, and rapid adaptability.
  • Data-oriented, with robust analytical and problem-solving skills derived from data analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at resource integration and stakeholder management; capable of executing strategies effectively to achieve business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in performance advertising, e-commerce advertising, or app download strategies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with advertising products from Meta and Google; experience in relevant partnerships is a plus.
