We are seeking a Site Supervisor to fill a critical role in our waste management operations.

  • The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient waste collection at customer sites.
  • They will collaborate with customer site operations teams to understand their needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Oversight of project management, including liaison with customers on specifications and schedules, is essential.
  • The Site Supervisor must identify and mitigate site risks and issues, supervising personnel and subcontractors at project sites.
  • Reporting concerns to the Project Manager and supporting them in managing customer care programs are key responsibilities.
  • The role involves ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and health policies and procedures, reviewing work activities and job safety risk assessments.
  • Providing training to personnel on new job requirements and equipment usage is also a key duty.

Key Requirements:

  • A mandatory Safety Orientation Course related to power plant or construction work completion is required.
  • Supervise Work At Height Course completion is preferred.
  • Experience in supervising scaffolding projects is essential.
  • Knowledge of dismantling and maintaining scaffolding is necessary.
  • Familiarity with WSH Scaffolding Regulations and Requirements is beneficial.
