Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external parties to ensure all waste collection requirements at the customer site are met in compliance with regulations and expectations.
- Work closely with the customer’s to understand their needs and clarify requirements when necessary.
- Supervise and monitor workers to ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure ongoing understanding of their operational needs.
- Coordinate daily waste management activities, including site inspections and communication with Customer Service for timely waste collection.
- Ensure timely and efficient collection of waste generated on-site, including scheduling, e-tracking, and collection arrangements.
- Liaise with both internal departments and external stakeholders for collection-related matters, including the preparation of necessary documents such as gate passes and customer declarations.
- Oversee and manage logistics arrangements related to waste collection and disposal.
- Provide on-site support during collections, including guiding drivers to designated points and assisting with documentation endorsements from the relevant users.
- Ensure all waste-generating areas are serviced daily to maintain cleanliness and compliance.
- Maximize bin utilization to improve operational efficiency at the customer site.
- Ensure that all containment units on-site are adequate and meet the customer's standard requirements.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints, and stay informed on any changes in equipment, processes, materials, or business strategies that may impact service delivery.
- Carry out all assigned responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
