  • Optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Supervise and train a team of drivers to meet performance expectations.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain effective relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to support business continuity.
  • Provide insightful reporting and analysis on transportation performance, costs, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

This role requires:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with expertise in handling driver teams.
