About the Role

As a Regional Key Account Support Intern, you will be part of the CEVA Logistics Beauty vertical, reporting directly to the Head of Vertical - Beauty. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support for various marketing, communication and projects in the region.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Collate monthly Beauty reports from all entities
  • Support the maintenance of Beauty vertical's SharePoint and update the Beauty ASPAC deck
  • Consolidate statistical elements from various operation sites and achieve a monthly regional reporting vision of our business
  • Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency
  • Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in your area of responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken)
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements and data into effective solutions
  • Strong marketing, project management and organizational skills
  • Takes initiative and able to work independently
  • Advanced in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Project
