Department OperationsLevel Experienced (Individual Contributor)Location SingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.Job Description:Manage relationships and onboard key brands, sellers or enablers end-to-end from pitching, commercial negotiation, onboarding, pilot and integration (with the support of other cross-functional teams), and contract executionBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPerform regular business reviews with senior leadership of key partners to engage deeper collaboration and grow the businessCollaborate cross-functionally with product, local SPX Express operations, legal teams to support growth opportunities for brand partnersMonitor trends, competitors and cross-market learnings to develop best practices across the regionManage end to end planning and coordination of campaigns with key partnersProvides prompt and efficient service to partners including the appropriate escalation and resolution of their issues, working cross-functionally with local SPX Express teamsRequirements:At least 2 years of working experience in business development / partnerships / account management roles. Prior experience working in logistics industry is an advantageStrong interest and aptitude for sales and logisticsAble to communicate in a clear and succinct manner to various stakeholdersAble to analyse data, derive insights and formulate plans to be deployed across marketsEntrepreneurial, driven, and motivatedGood team player and strong project and stakeholder management skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
