Job Description

The role of the HR cum Admin Executive is to provide administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the HR Department, managing employee records, and performing daily HR duties.
  • Oversee work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance.
  • Prepare employee correspondence, such as appointment letters and salary adjustments.
  • Provide administrative support during the absence of the Assistant HR & Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize payroll processing, calculating employee salaries, overtime, and deductions based on company policies and payroll system.
  • Generate and distribute payslips to employees, preparing and submitting payroll tax returns to relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, reflecting changes in employee status, salary adjustments, or deductions.

Compliance and Record Keeping:

  • Stay updated on payroll regulations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, employment information, and benefits selections.
  • Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
