About the Job

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR and Admin functions at Private Advertiser. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with day-to-day operations and perform various administrative tasks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating recruitment processes, including interview scheduling
  • Managing foreign workers' work passes, WICI, hospitalization insurance, and other related matters
  • Maintaining accurate staff attendance and leave records
  • Uploading employee information into the HR system
  • P-File management to ensure all necessary documents are filed correctly
  • Preparing payroll calculations and managing employee benefits

You will also be required to:

  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
  • Liaise with government agencies on HR-related matters
  • Respond to employee queries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR administration
  • Familiarity with recruitment procedures and employment laws
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
