Administrative and Financial Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintenance of financial and administrative documents
- Processing staff claims
- Updating records of customer payments
- Recording payments made to suppliers
- Finance Tasks:
- Maintenance of the PR/PO register in Excel
- Performing stock take for the warehouse
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned
- Sales Support:
- Providing sales support
- Compiling and preparing sales reports for all departments
- Issuing daily sales invoices and Delivery Orders (DOs) for all departments
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles, preferably in a similar position
- Proficiency in Autocount accounting software will be an advantage
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, meeting tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in workflow
