Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist (Procurement) to join our team. As a key member of the Procurement Services Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a background in Finance/Business/Accounting or equivalent field and at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Procurement. Proficiency in MS Office and financial software applications is essential. Experience in public service procurement practices, data analytics, and digital visualization tools will be an added advantage.
