Job Description
The role of an Administrative Support Specialist is to provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Engineering Department. This involves handling emails and enquiries, preparing purchase orders (PO), sales orders (SO) and quotations. The incumbent will also assist in coordinating with contractors and suppliers, scheduling appointments with clients, and engaging closely with other departments/teams to ensure smooth operation.

Responsibilities
  • Handle emails and inquiries from clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare PO, SO, and quotation documents.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
  • Schedule appointments with clients.
  • Liaise with other departments/teams to ensure effective operation.
  • Maintain proper filing system and data management.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to multi-task.
