Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Video Conferencing Operator. As the initial point of contact for both internal and client staff, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, launching and troubleshooting video meetings, and maintaining the technical aspects of our Video Conferencing system.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be handling multiple tasks simultaneously, including scheduling video calls, managing TMS/EMS systems, carrying out test calls, inputting new VC systems into client databases, providing remote assistance, and liaising with the Global Services team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and launching video calls
  • Maintaining and managing TMS/EMS systems
  • Carrying out test calls when applicable for all VC bookings
  • Inputting new VC systems into client databases
  • Providing remote assistance via VC infrastructure if end points are having problems connecting
  • Liaising internally with Global Services team on cases and performing any troubleshooting when required
  • Carrying out health checks for all VC service faults with contacts to see if fault can be rectified
  • Performing as a dedicated Operator on all VC enquiries from all dedicated client sites globally
  • Arranging for moves and reconnection of VC systems as and when needed
  • Investigating network issues by capturing network files and logs and liaising with the technical teams for further instruction
