Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused technical support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to end users and ensure the smooth operation of video conferencing systems.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and a desire to help others.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, the ideal candidate will be customer-focused with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ITE or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of video conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
