About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in T24 (Temenos) to lead end-to-end project delivery across Core Banking initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful implementation of T24-related projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
Main Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and manage T24 Core Banking projects (implementation, upgrade, integration, and customization).
- Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, governance structure, and resource plan in alignment with business goals.
- Risk Management: Drive project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with business users, Temenos consultants, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Methodologies: Ensure adherence to SDLC / Agile methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and report financials against forecasts.
- Communication: Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for senior stakeholders.
- UAT Planning: Lead UAT planning, cutover, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
