About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Leader to join our team at Thomson Medical Pte Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with external service providers to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance work
- Overseeing the work of service contractors and ensuring proper safety measures are implemented
- Participating in emergency management during evacuations
- Supporting the team in annual department budgeting exercises
- Ensuring all necessary licenses and permits are renewed on time
- Undertaking special assignments or renovation projects in the hospital as required
- Collaborating with engineers to coordinate and oversee ad hoc jobs related to building maintenance
- Supporting senior maintenance technicians in carrying out and overseeing ad hoc maintenance work

Requirements
- Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in building facilities/engineering maintenance services
- Hospital experience is an added advantage
