Corporate Training Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Talent Management & Inclusion Team as a Learning Operations Manager. You will play a key role in supporting both the Learning and Development and Talent Management teams, working closely with programme managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Learning and Development team to develop and implement effective training strategies
- Collaborating with programme managers to coordinate logistics for training events and conferences
- Providing technical support for the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including programme managers and subject matter experts
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
