Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Programme Staff to support the planning and delivery of recreational, educational, and enrichment activities at kindergarden/student care centres. The role involves engaging participants in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment while assisting with daily operations and programme coordination.
About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children, youth, and the community. As a Programme Staff, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and conducting activities for children, youth, and community groups. You will also supervise and engage participants to ensure safety and active involvement.
Key Responsibilities- Activity Planning: Develop and implement engaging activity plans that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
- Participant Supervision: Ensure participant safety and engagement through close supervision and interaction.
- Programme Administration: Assist with daily operations, including attendance tracking, reports, and documentation.
- Qualifications: Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Skills: Good communication skills in English, passion for working with children and youth, team player with ability to work independently.
- Availability: Flexible working hours, occasional evenings/weekends may be required.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
- No Weekend Work: Unless required for events.
- Rotating Shifts: During school holidays, rotating shifts between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.
