Job Title: Strategic Business Development Lead - Asia-Pacific
At ST Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team in the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and explore new business opportunities with sales results.
- Gather market intelligence and research through trade exhibitions, publications, and announcements.
- Analyze market trends and industrial segments.
- Develop and implement plans for new and existing products and solutions.
- Grow new markets through strategic partnering with customers.
- Manage projects, including pitches and engagements.
- Present to management committees, VIP guests, and internal and external forums.
- Identify, investigate, and develop business opportunities.
- Lead business intelligence, trends, competitive environment, and regulatory changes in the Marine Industry.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Marine Vessels and products.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation skills with ability to simplify complex business finance.
- Plan and execute business development plans.
- Demonstrate leadership and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
