- Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, nutrition, culinary arts, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of experience in product development, innovation, or a related field, preferably in the quick service restaurant or consumer packaged goods industry.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and customers.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
