Job Description

Star Ready-Mix Pte Ltd is looking for a Senior Digital Supply Chain professional to lead our digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in logistics technology and automation, with experience in developing and executing 3-year automation roadmaps. They will be responsible for leading plant and yard automation projects, implementing WMS and TMS systems, and building a logistics data lake.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive LEAN and Kaizen initiatives and manage vendor contracts. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Computer Science is required, along with 10+ years of experience in logistics automation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related (MBA/MSc a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics automation or smart factory projects
  • Strong knowledge in PLC/SCADA/IoT integration, cloud systems, and LEAN practices
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
