The Digital Programmes team is dedicated to delivering world-class educational experiences across our renowned MBA, EMBA, and specialised Master's/Executive Master's programmes.
Key areas include Admissions, the Career Development Centre, Student Life, and Programmes Management, working collaboratively to attract top talent, support participants' professional growth, and create a vibrant experience.
We are seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to join our Degree Programmes Department. This is a full-time, permanent position based at either our Asia Campus in Singapore or Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.
About The JobThis role plays a crucial part as a facilitator, acting as a bridge between digital functions, students, and staff. You will drive digital innovation, ensure successful project delivery, and manage Degree Programmes data operations.
- Manage the development of core systems, spearheading the digital transformation of Degree Programmes.
- Align digital initiatives with business priorities and objectives, working closely with Faculty, students, and staff to understand evolving needs.
- Help team members, Faculty, and students understand how digital technologies can enable them to achieve their goals and solve complex challenges.
You will oversee operational management of digital systems supporting Degree Programmes, ensuring smooth operation and stakeholder feedback incorporation for improvements. Ideal candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Educational Technology, Information Systems Management, or related field.
- At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably in product management within education or EdTech sectors.
- Digital Project Management and Process Management skills.
Apart from strong technical knowledge, we look for effective collaborators, willing to share information and support teamwork, resilient with good time management, reliable in responsibilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
