About this role
This is a leadership position for a Digital and Customer Engagement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the digital connected experience for healthcare professionals, patients, and providers across various markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. They should also have experience in digital transformation and strategic project management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital tools and strategies to enhance customer interaction and experience.
- Lead regional digital strategy and multichannel engagement across therapeutic areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital marketing solutions and e-commerce initiatives.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and agencies.
- Optimize campaign performance and measure ROI and KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 6-8 years' experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
- Proven experience in digital transformation and strategic project management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of APAC culture and healthcare infrastructure.
- High proficiency in English.
