Digital Transformation Leader

The role of Vice President, Digital Transformation is to drive operational efficiency and innovation across Private Markets Operations. We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong technical background and expertise in AI model development and implementation.
As a key member of our Investment Services Digital Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital and AI strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of AI and digital solutions supporting investment execution, asset servicing, and controllership services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and AI strategy
- Oversee the development and implementation of AI and digital solutions
- Implement analytics tools and leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize processes and platforms
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in private markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- At least 10 years of experience in leading platform development, platform management, or transformation in financial services
- Strong technical background with proficiency in AI models, data technologies, and digital tools
- Hands-on, data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics to inform decision-making and optimize processes
