As part of an ongoing effort to shape the future of healthcare delivery, our organisation is seeking a skilled professional to drive digital readiness and change management programmes across multiple domains.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manager who will lead comprehensive digital transformation initiatives, including strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing digital readiness strategies, leading workshops and surveys to gauge employee sentiment, and conducting impact assessments to identify potential risks.

Additionally, you will oversee the design and delivery of training programmes, develop and execute comprehensive communication plans, identify and engage key stakeholders, and support senior leaders in fulfilling their roles.

Key areas of focus include organisational development, change management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on driving business outcomes and improving operational efficiency.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree with minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation, organisational development, or a related field
  • Proven track record in change management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
