- 10-15 years of experience in Operational Excellence, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
- 5+ years of leading projects/programs in distribution or fulfillment environments.
- Deep expertise in analytics, performance management, and data-led transformation.
- Proven experience managing cross-cultural and cross-country teams to foster collaboration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to drive business outcomes.
