About the Role

The ICT Support Engineer position requires a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and applications. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure.

  • Minimally a Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in ICT support, good interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Macintosh Operating System, and mobile device configuration are preferred.
  • A good team player with creativity and resourcefulness is essential.
  • Result-oriented with a strong sense of accountability for accomplishing assignments within timelines is necessary.
