We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR professional to lead our global corporate functions team. As the Strategic HR Lead, you will be responsible for partnering with senior executives to drive people and performance outcomes across our organization.


Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, culture, and values. This includes leading the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes that support the growth and success of our organization.


You will also manage a small team of HR Business Partners who will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions. Your ability to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability across the team will be essential in driving consistency in delivery and a shared commitment to quality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior executives to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals, culture, and values
  • Lead the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes that support the growth and success of the organization
  • Manage a small team of HR Business Partners who will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver strategic HR solutions
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability across the team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and external partners

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a global corporate environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
