We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to develop and maintain long-term relationships with top advertisers, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with key clients to ensure retention and revenue growth.
- Aquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Expand existing client relationships by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Deliver timely solutions to key clients.
- Serve as the link between customers and internal teams.
- Resolve issues faced by key clients and deal with complaints efficiently.
- Contribute to generating new sales that turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Manage regular meetings with key clients, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
- Prepare progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities, Social Sciences, Communications, Legal Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, account management, partner management, or presales experience in performance advertising.
- Strong performance marketing skills with auction-based marketplaces.
- Strategic thinking and ability to form strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Experience in new market development, managing value chain partners, and go-to-market strategies in new advertising deployments.
- Ability to simplify and write consumer content to generate curiosity and engagement.
- Expertise in developing digitally-focused business solutions and strategy.
- Experience working on various social communication channels.
- Hands-on experience in writing online content, speeches, and other forms of communication.
- Stakeholder engagement to drive alignment with stakeholders and markets.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
