Job Description

MCI GROUP ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Account Manager for Strategic Growth to oversee the development and execution of business strategies that drive growth and profitability across our global client base.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple clients, developing strategic plans, and driving revenue growth. A strong understanding of the meetings and events industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Manage multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the meetings and events industry.
