Job Description:
\We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting sampling, inspection, and testing of incoming materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with established specifications.
\You will also be responsible for releasing finished products in both QA and SAP systems, issuing certificates of conformity or analysis (COCs/COAs) to customers, and performing environmental monitoring to verify the effectiveness of overall hygiene practices in manufacturing plants.
\Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining laboratory documents and records, maintaining all measuring equipment in the QC laboratory, ensuring they are calibrated or verified as scheduled, and maintaining good housekeeping in the QC laboratory.
\As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will also assist in investigating and identifying the root cause of non-conforming issues, ensuring proper corrective actions have been implemented to resolve discrepancies and prevent recurrence.
\Documenting and reporting quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions taken, maintaining accurate records, logs, and inspection reports for traceability purposes, and supporting process troubleshooting and providing feedback to relevant departments on food safety and food quality aspects.
\Furthermore, you will support and participate in continuous improvement projects as required and perform any other duties and tasks assigned by your immediate superior or manager.
