
Executive Support Specialist

As an Executive Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our executives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, allowing our leaders to concentrate on strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to clients on general enquiries pertaining to their policies;
- Create and modify client/agent codes and update clients' information in the system;
- Process and issue policies/endurances;
- Check all policies and endorsements processed;
- Prepare cover letters to attach to policies for dispatch to clients;
- Prepare draft policy clauses and endorsements;
- Ensure the accuracy of renewal notices, claims statistics, and summary of insurance for review;
- Sort renewal notices and extract policy files for renewals due, prepare claims statistics and summary of insurance;
- Support the maintenance of an effective policy and/or document filing system by ensuring the proper filing of endorsement copies faxed by clients together with office copy;
- Ensure policy jacket's accuracy and sufficient stocks are in place;
Requirements:
- Diploma holders, GCE O Level or related discipline;
- Fresh entry from ITE/Polytechnics is welcome;
- Preferably with minimum 1 year working experience;
- Prepare to take up Certificate In General Insurance (CGI) exam if required;
- Willingness to learn and meticulous;
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills;
