The role of a food preparation specialist involves preparing processed food for outlets and customers while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide professional, efficient, and friendly food service to guests, internal and external.
- Prepare all raw cooking materials and mise-en-place as required.
- Provide functional assistance and direction to the kitchen team daily.
- Maintain central kitchen good hygiene standards.
- Prepare orders according to recipes and ensure correct portioning.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years' working experience in the F&B industry.
- Able to cook Chinese Sichuan mala, hot pot, etc.
- Must have good communication skills.
