About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Central Kitchen Production Manager to lead our production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our central kitchen, ensuring that we deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the production process, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and other production management software.
