The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in the FM Department, including job processing, maintenance schedule coordination, and sales report preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in the FM Department, including job processing and maintenance schedule coordination.
- Prepare sales reports in a timely manner.
- Work closely with Engineers and Vendors to coordinate account activities.
- Assist Manager in customer account management and contract preparation.
- Maintain documented information to comply with ISO 9001/ ISO 45001/ ISO14001.
Requirements
- Minimum a Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business Admin, Facilities Management or its equivalent.
- A proven background in the field of facility or similar related discipline.
- Working knowledge of the statutory requirements and their application in OH&S and knowledge of government agencies and key client framework.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Access.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice.
- Excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards.
- Self-motivated and lateral thinking.
