Job Title: Customer Servicing Solution Manager

Job Summary:

This role is a key part of our Enterprise Business Operations team, responsible for driving initiatives and enhancements to improve business processes and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to accelerate the delivery of projects and ensure they are within budget and of high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business operations and customer experience.
  2. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  3. Map process flows and identify gaps to inform process improvements.
  4. Measure and compare current processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  5. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  6. Support Business Analysts to ensure accurate user requirements for system enhancements.
  7. Review User Acceptance Test plans and results to ensure high-quality delivery.
  8. Prepare user guides and provide training to end-users on implemented solutions.
  9. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track project progress.
  10. Support post-deployment verification activities and business recovery efforts.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in performance management or business process improvement, with measurable achievements.
  • Prior experience with employee benefits schemes is desirable.
