Our equipment maintenance team is a dynamic group providing technical support and services to our Media Process and Production division. Our members are passionate about their work, committed to delivering exceptional performance and operational objectives through effective maintenance, technology, and innovation.

This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, and willing to work on 12-hour night shift patterns. You will be responsible for monitoring production equipment performance, responding to unscheduled downtime, conducting preventive maintenance, and executing product conversion activities.

  • Monitor and analyze production equipment performance
  • Respond to unscheduled downtime and conduct timely troubleshooting and repairs
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules
  • Execute product conversion, equipment setup, and upgrade activities
  • Service and refurbish preventive maintenance components and spare parts offline
  • Perform root cause analysis for yield or quality issues and implement corrective actions
