Job Title: Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to oversee the testing of software applications in Singapore. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading testing efforts to ensure software applications function as specified and meet business needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and designs to ensure software applications meet specifications and client requirements.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to facilitate decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams to advise on design considerations and provide input on testing methodologies.
  • Oversee the execution of tests according to test designs and analyze results to resolve issues.
  • Prepare and submit regular updates on test progress and results.
  • Recommend and implement automated testing tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure effective management of test activities and completion of planned tasks.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT/Testing with expertise in test methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Possess initiative, a strong commitment to quality standards, and excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
