Job Title: Technical Leadership Role
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all engineering deliverables meet project scope, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- This includes planning and allocating resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects, coordinating engineering activities with procurement, project management, construction, and commissioning teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
- You will also provide technical leadership during project execution, including resolution of site issues, and interface with clients, vendors, authorities, and third-party agencies for engineering matters.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) with at least 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- They will have a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams in complex projects, strong understanding of engineering standards, project lifecycle, and document control practices, and proficiency in engineering tools and platforms.
- Additionally, they will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
