Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior SME in bioprocessing
- Deliver advanced support, training, and product demonstrations
- Foster consultative relationships with customer experts
- Support commercial teams with deep product knowledge
- Contribute to sales strategies and tenders
- Identify new business opportunities to drive growth
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree or Doctorate in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in technical/application leadership roles in Biotech or Biopharma
- Experience in protein purification, chromatography, and filtration technologies preferred
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical features into business benefits
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analytics tools (e.g., QlikSense)
