Job Title: Interior Fit-out Project Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a challenging opportunity to manage interior fit-out projects from start to finish? Do you have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team?

Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
    • Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders.
    • Responsible for quantity take off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers.
    • Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.
    • Procurement of materials and project related items.
    • Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations.
    • Managing contracts in accordance with terms and conditions with respect to financial complications.
    • Assist senior management on contractual disputes and arbitration.
  • Requirements:
    • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in the renovation industry.
    • Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying or equivalent academic background.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
