- **Project Management**:Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution capabilities across all phases of interior fit-out projects.
- **Technical Expertise**:Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and M&E drawings, translating them into actionable construction plans.
- **Client & Stakeholder Management**:Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
- **Team Leadership**:Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating contractors/vendors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- **Quality & Compliance**:Knowledge of statutory regulations, safety standards, and best practices in construction and fit-out projects.
- **Communication & Documentation**:Strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of documenting meetings, progress reports, and project handovers efficiently.
- **Analytical & Problem-Solving**:Ability to anticipate risks, identify buildability issues, and propose practical solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate office interior fit-out projects; MNC exposure preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
- Highly independent, client-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
