The role is part of our ground handling team, working closely with our appointed ground handlers and internal stakeholders to drive customer experience. Key accountabilities include managing training schedules, preparing and delivering training sessions, developing e-learning modules, and acting as a designated delegate in project delivery.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will work on Ground Operations projects related to training, manage and maintain all training manuals and Ground Operations manuals, coordinate audits with internal and external authorities, and assist in the investigation of any non-compliance in the use of Airline Technology.
To succeed in this role, you will need a diploma or degree in any discipline, with clear knowledge and understanding of relevant industry regulations and governing bodies. Training qualifications and experience in aviation are preferred, as well as analytical and communication skills.
