The Agency for Integrated Care seeks a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of operational strategies across our network.
About the Role
Liaise with HQ departments to create operational plans that align with our strategic vision.
Establish strong working relationships with Satellite Offices to ensure smooth execution of operating guidelines.
Manage data collection and analysis at the Cluster- and SO-level to track progress towards strategic goals.
Lead the identification of metrics needed to trend emerging needs of seniors and develop forward plans.
Synthesize insights from data and work closely with SOs to drive recommendations into business actions.
Support project management of cluster projects, including monitoring progress and coordinating meetings.
Prepare written correspondences and presentations to brief management and provide administrative support as required.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent in any field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Able to grasp organizational strategies and understand their impact on operations planning and execution.
Able to formulate guidelines and report templates for operational tasks.
Knowledge of how to create and apply algorithms from databases to analyse trends and identify areas for improvement.
