As part of our human resources team, you will play a key role in driving organizational development and ensuring the effective management of our workforce.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment process, including selection, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. You will also be responsible for ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local regulations, as well as facilitating manpower planning and budgeting exercises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of the full recruitment process, including selection, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding;
  • Ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local regulations;
  • Facilitating manpower planning and budgeting exercises;
  • Developing training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities;
  • Resolving employee grievances and managing disciplinary issues;
  • Providing guidance and feedback to teams using performance management tools;
  • Creating a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys, keeping it up-to-date;
  • Designing and implementing employee retention strategies;
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field;
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in human resource management;
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is an added advantage;
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring, and employee relations;
  • Ability to apply HR strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations;
  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork;
  • Experience analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.

Estimated Salary Range:
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and location considerations.
