Job Title: Senior Building Materials Executive

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead local and overseas projects in building materials management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. They should have theoretical knowledge and practical experience in building materials, construction, interior design, and decoration.

The successful candidate will lead project planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and inspection. Additionally, they will be responsible for submitting review analysis reports to the relevant stakeholders after each project's completion.

Key responsibilities include managing a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, overseeing site operations, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. The role also involves problem-solving, effective communication, and establishing strategic partnerships with clients and external parties.

Preferred skills include high-level proficiency in AutoCAD, good attitude towards learning, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork. A strong understanding of industry best practices and ability to adapt to new technologies will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage site operations, including personnel, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Provide expert advice on construction works, ensuring schedules are met, quality standards maintained, and site management is proper.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, consultants, and authorities.
Requirements:
  • Strong educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building materials management, construction, interior design, and decoration.
  • High-level proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Good attitude towards learning, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork.
