**Our Client**:
Our client is a real estate development and investment firm. They are actively looking to hire a Building Executive / Senior Building Executive to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Daily inspection of the building to ensure that it is in satisfactory and serviceable condition, follow up with rectifications or recommendation to the Management
- Work functions include security management, cleaning, landscape, waste management, irrigation system, lifting system, carpark system, building defects and repair and overseeing the fire & safety matters
- Control and manage the use of common amenities and facilities in the building. Liaise with public, tenants and relevant authorities on the required implementation of improvement Works
- Act as Company's Emergency Response Team (CERT) member for the development and assist in contract administration and procurement of goods and services, manage, and maintain proper records, files of correspondence, documents and materials pertaining to Building and Contractors
- Attend to and document walk-ins or telephone enquiries, feedback or complaints and follow up with relevant recommendations

**The Requirements**:

- Recognized Degree / Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Relevant experience in private residential properties including carrying out routing inspections, follow up on tenants complaints, arranging of repair and maintenance work
