Responsibilities
Achieve specification targets that contribute to market expansion
Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, architects, and consultants
Develop tools and strategies to enhance technical specification penetration
Conduct product presentations, trainings, and represent the company at key events
Support the sales team by offering technical consultation during client engagements
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years in technical sales or specification sales in the building materials/construction industry
Strong presentation and communication skills
Deep knowledge of technical specifications and industry trends
Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultative selling approach
