Executive/Senior Engineer (Structural Assessment & Technology Department, Building Resilience Group)

Responsibilities

  • You will be part of the team that regulates the safety of existing building structures and slopes.
  • Review engineering submissions by professional engineers and liaise with builders and building owners to ensure building safety.
  • Work on policy review to ensure the continued safety of existing buildings.
  • Carry out ageing and climate impact studies leveraging technology and data.

Requirements

  • A degree in civil/structural engineering.
  • A practising professional engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board or preparing for registration.
  • At least 5 years of relevant design and site experience.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
