We are seeking a seasoned Talent and People Experience Leader to join our team in South Asia. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a talent acquisition and management strategy that attracts, develops, and retains top talent in the region.
  • Lead the development of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Design and implement effective learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
  • At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Southeast Asia and ANZ.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence all levels of leaders and employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix, and multi-brand environment.
