Manager of Labour Market Solutions
Our organization is seeking an Executive/Assistant Manager to support our research and sense-making work. This role will involve analyzing labour policies, monitoring trends, and developing novel solutions to enhance labour market flexibility.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of economics, social sciences, or related disciplines. They must possess excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canva.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop models to project future national manpower scenarios.
- Analyze strategic labour policies and recommendations to address issues faced by employers.
- Design and conduct research to evaluate and forecast employers' position on identified labour guidelines.
- Plan and execute HR projects along areas of salary benchmarking, benefits review, employee engagement, and other talent management programmes.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Social Sciences (political science, sociology, organisation psychology, etc) HR, Statistics or other related disciplines. An interest in international labour and experience in planning regional/international events is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The candidate should be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and work well under pressure.
